MyQ Driver Broken (updated)
January 30, 2016 – Over the weekend, The Chamberlain Group, Inc. (makers of Liftmaster and Chamberlain garage door openers) pushed out an update to their web API (application program interface) which broke the Houselogix MyQ driver integration to Control4 systems. Houselogix has been notified and is working on a fix. We will be pushing the update to all affected customers as soon as it becomes available. In the mean time, garage door openers can be used by downloading/installing the MyQ app for iOS or Android and connecting with the account information. If you are a customer of Network Solutions Automation and you don’t have your MyQ account information, please contact us and we will provide it. If you reset the password yourself, please contact us so that you can give us the updated information. Without that information, we will NOT be able to correct the Control4 integration when the fix is provided.
Update – Houselogix has published a fix which we have successfully tested. We are in the process of updating all affected customers.
