TuneIn Service Outage

It has been reported that TuneIn doesn’t work when selecting channels through Listen > TuneIn.    Below is a current work around.

Quick Actions

  1. Select station from a navigator Listen > TuneIn > Station then save the station as a favorite by clicking the +/Heart icon on the upper left of the navigator screen.
  2. Click the C4 logo on the upper left of the navigator to return to the home screen.
  3. Navigate to Listen > Stations > TuneIn then select the station. If you do not have an option for Stations then you will need to make it visible in that room using Composer Pro.

 

 

Update – We’ve gotten reports that the TuneIn service has started working properly again.  However, this may be a change which TuneIn is doing on their end and it may require a driver update in the future.  Right now, we are not sure of the status, but if the service stops working properly again, the above workaround should continue to work.  We’ll post further updates here if there are any.
